Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building : Japan

Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building is one of the tourist destination that closes very late. It's open from 9:30 am to 11:30 pm and offers free admission. From here you can get a panoramic view of Tokyo and you might even get a glimpse of Mt Fuji. Unfortunately, because of our tight schedule, we visited the building in the evening. Day or night, I think you'll still get a spectacular view.

Sky, View, Lights and everything nice!

When you see these red columns/post (I don't know what they are for. I think they're just for design), you're in the right place.

Lots of souvenir to choose from!

We decided to have our dinner in one of the Ramen shops in Central Station. We found this one shop open at around 10:30 pm. What really got our attention is their ordering process. There were two machines located outside the shop. Upon closer look, we found out that they were actually vending machines. You are supposed to use your Suica or cash and choose your dish. It will give you an order number and the chefs will automatically receive the order. Then you just have to wait until your number is called. Easy right?! No hassle in ordering and the best part? It's super cheap! like 380 to 510 Yen per dish ( 4 to 6 AUD).
