NSW: Cherry Picking

December is the season for Cherry Picking. Because all of us are busy before the Hols, we decided to go on December 25th (no work).

It was about a 4 hrs drive from our suburb.

NSW: The Entrance

Where to go next?

Its "The Entrance" in  Central Coast! 

I got some information about it from wikipedia (coz i was too focus on taking pictures and enjoying the view that i wasn't able to inquire about it from the information centre T_T).

"The Entrance is a district centre and town of the Central Coast region of New South Wales, Australia. It is part of the Wyong Shire local government area. At the 2011 census, The Entrance had a population of 3,873 people."

"The town occupies an area of land that is bounded by water on three sides. The Entrance gains it name from the channel that runs along much of its northern border that is the entrance to The Tuggerah Lakes. The Entrance has been a popular holiday destination for people since the first guest house was established in 1885." (I literally copied the "" from wikipedia).

Before going to "The Entrance", went passed a beach and decided to stay there for a while. They wanted to go fishing, but the waves are too strong.

One of the things that I enjoy doing is taking pictures (talking to self: obvious from all your post!). I even dream of becoming a photographer! ^_^ 

Aside from Michi, my Shi Tzu,  I sometimes ask my sister to be my guinea pig. =p 

As I was cleaning my computer, I saw a lot of pictures of my sister modeling for me. Hence my decision to include her pictures on my blog. I'll be posting some of the shoots that I've taken where I used my sister as my subject.

Trivia: Me and my sister have poor eyesight. Both of us wear eyeglasses. We are literally blind without them.

NSW: Parliament House, Canberra

Hi All!

This is the accompanying post for my Floriade post. 

After enjoying the colours of Spring in Florida, we decided to see if the Parliament house is open. We rode the bus from Commonwealth Park to the Parliament House. 

We were like; "Really?! Can we really go inside the Parliament House? I haven't even been to the Malacañang Palace. hahaha.

NSW: Floriade

Every year, the beginning of Spring is celebrated in Oz. One of the highlights in NSW is the Floriade which is held in Canberra. It is usually held in mid-September. Commonwealth park is filled with flowers of different kinds and colour. This is one of the must-see events in Oz.

Last year (2014, this is a really super late post T_T), we decided to go see this event. Canberra is about 2.5 hr drive from our suburb.
